The agreement, in plain terms

- An annual subscription for one site, or twenty-five on the agency tier. No credits, and nothing is metered.
- Your price never goes up, and if we ever add usage limits, existing subscriptions are exempt.
- Cancel any time. The links you accepted keep rendering — we do not take them back.
- Thirty-day refund, no argument. We make no promises about rankings or traffic, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does.
What you are buying
An annual subscription to analyse one site, or twenty-five on the agency tier, and to use the WordPress plugin that renders the links you accept. Priced by site size, with no credits and nothing metered — analyse as often as you like.
The four promises
- We never touch your posts. Links are applied at render time. Deactivate the plugin and your content is exactly as you wrote it.
- No credits, ever. If we ever introduce usage limits, existing subscriptions are exempt for as long as they renew.
- Your price never goes up. The renewal is the purchase price, for as long as you keep the site. If we raise prices, that applies to new customers only.
- Your links survive cancellation. The manifest stays in your WordPress install and keeps rendering. We do not remove your links when you stop paying.
What you are responsible for
- Owning, or being authorised to work on, the sites you analyse.
- The links you accept. We propose; you decide. Every suggestion can be rejected.
- Keeping your own backups, as you would with any plugin.
What we are responsible for
Running the service with reasonable care, crawling your site politely, and not making claims about results we cannot support. Internal linking produces single-digit uplifts that take months to separate from noise. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue, and you should be sceptical of anyone in this category who does.
Refunds
Thirty days, no argument. After that, cancel any time and the subscription runs to the end of its term. Your links stay either way.
Ending it
You can cancel whenever you like. We may end an account that abuses the service — crawling sites the customer does not own, or attempting to overload it. We would contact you first.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months. Since the product does not modify your content, the realistic worst case is that an analysis is wrong and you reject its suggestions.
Changes
If these terms change we will email you before it takes effect. The four promises above are not subject to change for existing customers — that is the point of writing them down.
