Refund policy

Last updated 12 October 2026

SiloTree is operated by Thomas Kanze, a self-employed individual based in Costa Rica.

This page restates the refund and cancellation rules in our Terms of service. If anything here conflicts with those terms, the Terms win — except on a payment matter, where Creem’s Buyer Terms win.

7-day money-back guarantee

Every paid plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee: email hello@silotree.io within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full through Creem. Renewal payments are not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee, but you can cancel before the next renewal. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live, including statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU, which are handled by Creem under its Buyer Terms. Links already written stay in your posts as ordinary links, or you can undo them first.

How to ask

Email hello@silotree.io. We reply within 3 business days. Creem, the merchant of record and seller, issues the refund to the card you paid with. Refunds are not made outside Creem.

Cancelling

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel plan in Settings ends the subscription at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling in Creem’s customer portal (“Card and invoices” in Settings, or the link in any Creem receipt email) ends the subscription at Creem immediately and no further payment is taken; Silotree keeps your paid plan active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account cancels a paid subscription straight away. We do not refund the unused part of the period, unless you are inside the 7-day money-back guarantee (email us first if you want that refund).

Receipts and the seller

Creem is the merchant of record and seller. Your receipt and invoice come from Creem by email after each payment, with a link to Creem’s customer portal. You can also sign in at creem.io/my-orders/login with the email you paid with. The charge may appear on your card statement as CREEM.IO* … (Creem is the seller).
